About the role
Take on the role of the primary designer within a diverse product team, leading the complete design process for native mobile and web platforms. This includes conducting research, creating wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and detailed design specifications, as well as managing the visual QA and implementation process.
Work independently and take full ownership of your tasks, ensuring attention to detail at every step.
Generate multiple design concepts rapidly, demonstrating a keen sense of when to focus on intricate details and when to create low-fidelity sketches and prototypes.
Clearly communicate and present your work at various stages of the design process.
Think strategically to meet the demands of a continuous release cycle while working towards a future vision.
Collaborate with the product manager on your team to express long-term, medium-term, and short-term opportunities, facilitating alignment exercises such as design sprints, workshops, and planning sessions.
Contribute to the development of Sirdab's design systems, and gain a comprehensive understanding of existing systems, interdependencies, product roadmaps, and our product development procedures.

Requirements
5+ years of experience designing at a B2B tech or media companies across responsive web, naive mobile apps is a plus
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Passionate attention to detail – able to work meticulously and quickly
Strong multi-tasking skills; capable of juggling multiple projects at once
Capable of handling the pressure of accelerated deadlines and numerous ad hoc requests
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
Have a user- and data-focused design mentality and are constantly looking to sharpen your instincts through user feedback and data insight
